BitterSweets Bakery is pleased to offer hand-made all scratch cupcakes in more than 60 flavors, and we regularly add exciting new flavors. Every day, we bake the six standard flavors shown below. Then Tuesday through Saturday, our menu includes six special flavors — a different offering each day.

SPECIAL ORDERS
A Special Order is considered to be anything other than our daily menu of flavors. If you are needing cupcakes in a particular color(s), you can place your order by 3:00 p.m. the day prior to your pickup date - flavors are subject to the menu on the date of your pickup. However, if you require Specialty Cupcakes in a particular design or theme, please place your order at least one to two weeks in advance so that we can better accommodate you. Lastly, if you are wanting an off-menu flavor that is not available on the day you are picking up, a minimum order of one dozen cupcakes per flavor will apply, with minimum notice of 48 hours.
Large Volume Orders: If you require a large quantity of cupcakes, particularly in one or two flavors, please give us a call at least one week prior to your pickup date to place your order. In this way, we can ensure a sufficient amount of fresh product for you, as well as our other customers, since we bake our cupcakes fresh every morning and move on to other cake projects once the morning baking is done.
Gluten Free cupcakes are also available by Special Order, except on Saturdays when we offer a fresh variety for those wanting individual cupcakes. For GF Special Orders, a minimum order of 1/2 dozen in one flavor applies.
Our Cupcakes are best at room temperature. Please do not refrigerate as it will dry them out.
